Joshua has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California State University, Northridge, and is a licensed General Building Contractor. He has experience in managing and constructing residential projects, ground-up, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, permitting, subcontractor coordination, and final inspections. He has been in the field working on several trades such as framing, electrical, plumbing, and finish work, which has provided him with a practical knowledge of the way a project should be constructed rather than simply managed.
Founder's Bio
Based in Southern California, Solidline Construction is a company that deals with residential construction, along with some light commercial construction work. We have experience in ground-up, single-family homes, complete interior remodeling, and complex remodeling that involves detailed estimating, permitting, and multi-trade coordination. We have the background of construction management and the experience of working in the field, which makes our attitude towards any project rather pragmatic and detail-oriented – we are concerned with the level of clarity, compliance with the code, and long-term investment. We are proud to be engaged in the construction of projects that are built in a proper way, which can be checked and which will not fail during inspection and test the time.
Prior to setting up SolidLine Construction, Joshua had worked in project engineering and management on residential and large-scale construction projects, including multi-million-dollar projects. This experience influenced his disciplined way of planning, quality control, as well as accountability. He is doing the same things today when he applies the same standards to residential and light commercial projects, where each of the builds is planned, clear, and executed to a high professional level.
